We'll strategize and propose an offer that stands out and aligns with your budget. We'll negotiate on your behalf, organize the inspection, appraisal, and make sure you walk away with a result you're satisfied with.
Many of our home buyers are second-homers or plan on putting the home into a vacation rental program. We can provide a list of property management companies, along with a list of questions, to help them select the right company for their needs. We also have lists of designers and contractors should they desire to renovate.
