After a successful career in law in Louisiana and Texas, Miriam Dillon and her family decided to move home, to the beach. And they can’t imagine living anywhere else ever again. Miriam Dillon has been assisting clients with buying and selling real estate in this area since 2000, and became a licensed Broker Associate in 2005. She is experienced in sales in TND (Traditional Neighborhood Developments) communities such as Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Watercolor and Watersound, as well as the entire 30A and South Walton area.
Our community and especially education is Miriam Dillon’s passion. She is a past Chairman of the Seaside Neighborhood School Board of Directors, former chair of the SWCC Education Committee, and former chair of the Board of Trustees of the South Walton Montessori Academy, the area’s first private school.
Since 1999, Miriam and her husband, James, and their 3 children have owned the Summer Kitchen Cafe in Rosemary Beach, where James is the Chef. In 2015, they opened The Rosemary Beach Inn, an 11 room boutique hotel in the heart of Rosemary Beach. Miriam is eternally grateful to her husband James for running the Summer Kitchen and to her property management company, The Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company, for managing the Inn. This allows Miriam to spend her time providing exceptional service to her real estate clients.
Cory is a dynamic individual with a rich background in education and sales who has seamlessly transitioned into the dynamic world of real estate. Fluent in multiple languages, Cory leverages his linguistic proficiency to navigate the diverse landscape of property transactions.
Cory thrives as a real estate agent, drawing on his roots in the Rosemary Beach community since 2013. His association with Ohana Institute, a private school with origins in Rosemary Beach, reflects Cory's knowledge of Rosemary Beach history and commitment to community growth.

Originally from Brazil, Alex relocated to the Florida panhandle in 2005 and attained U.S. citizenship in 2019. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, he comes from a military background, fostering a life of travel and diverse experiences. Alex's life has been a journey of exploration and discovery, cultivating a deep appreciation for different cultures and experiences. Before entering real estate in 2017, Alex successfully owned and managed a local catering business. Real Estate became a passion, and he has since assisted a variety of clients, including first-time and vacation home buyers, investors, builders, and sellers, acquiring skills as a Military Relocation Specialist, New Construction Specialist, and Luxury Sales and Marketing expert.
His commitment to helping people is evident in his easy-going demeanor, ensuring a seamless home buying and selling experience, always delivered with a smile. Alex values the relationships with his clients, often seeing them as more than customers—they become friends.
